Donna Armstrong

Donna Armstrong, executive director, has a degree in education and 25 years of experience in business management. She has also owned her own business as well held numerous leadership positions within her church. After two years of individual study, attending numerous seminars and being mentored by other service providers Donna is uniquely qualified to lead Hope Haven.

Lee Krueger

Lee Krueger, marketing director, has a degree in education and 14 years of administrative experience as well as public relations. She has served her church in many leadership positions as well. Lee has studied the effects of human trafficking and pornography and speaks to raise awareness.

Jason Smith

Jason Smith, Pastor First Baptist Summerdale, has a degree in religion and 18 years of ministry service. Jason has served the Summerdale community working with not only with his congregation but partnered with other civic and religious groups. He serves as Hope Haven’s spiritual advisor.

Jim Sidwell

Jim Sidwell, president/owner of Sidwell Protection Services, Inc. which was established in 1992 in Atlanta, Georgia. He has over thirty-seven years in the contract security industry. Jim has been a Baldwin County resident for twelve years. He is married, with two adult children. He serves as a deacon at First Baptist Church of Foley.

Robert S. “Steve” Hanley

Steve Hanley has been a financial adviser for the past twenty-five years. Steve currently has a financial advisory practice with Ameriprise Financial, Inc.with offices in Mobile and Gulf Shores. He attends Dauphin Way Baptist Church where manages their Capital Funds Account. Prior to this, Steve sat on the finance committee for Christ United Methodist Church in Mobile. This committee was responsible for the large land acquisition and the beginning structure for the church capital campaign for financing of their family center. Steve has also served for the past twenty years on the Senior Bowl committee in Mobile.

Rick Bradley

Rick has post -graduate degrees in church education with forty-five years experience in ministry and twenty-six years experience in military personnel management. He has held numerous leadership positions in both civilian and military settings, including serving as counselor with the State of MO Department of Social And Family Services, Command Chaplain in USN/USMC Depot, and USN Chaplain and USMC Operations Officer during the Gulf War, Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He is a member of First Baptist Church in Fairhope, AL where he serves along-side his wife as Singles Sunday School Class facilitator.
